Do a pass of GalaxyPlots #17

Need to do a full look over GalaxyPlots.py and GalaxyData.py to ensure I'm being consistent with the reionization calculations.

In particular need to adjust plot_mstar_fesc() to use the plot_2D_line() function.

This is even more important now because I've touched the scripts for the 30 month review document. Need to go back through and ensure my changes didn't break everything.
