Peek Window Should Close With User Applications #11

Peek Window should close itself when all user applications have been closed (closing out of all projects).

Use the property for VI Front Panel.Set Close If Lonely. This is how Quick Drop and other dialogs do it. https://labviewwiki.org/wiki/VI_class/Front_Panel.Set_Close_If_Lonely_method
