10 will probably be resolved by modifying the zoom_out.llb (hijacking the navigation window). The proposed solution would allow users to either launch VIPeek or the navigation window based on an INI token but there should be some relatively simple way to change this token without directly editing the INI file.
Having some tools menu function to edit this value is probably the simplest solution.
