OO VI Types #21

Changed items in peek window to an OO structure allowing us to allow peeking of class methods and malleable VIs.

@qalldredge I don't think this brand is completely finished but it's much better than what we have right now in the main branch and I have some time to fix/improve some parts of the project and I don't want that to conflict with what you have done.
