Update mermaid #6

It would be great to update mermaid to major version 10. The mermaid project continues to add some great features, and there are lot of issues in the upstream marktext repository asking for updated versions of mermaid.

4 involves a lot of dependency updates, so let's wait until #2 is resolved before addressing this
