Add tests to fpm.toml file #542

Dear @jacobwilliams,

I have added tests to the fpm.toml file and updated CMake and FoBiS tests for compatibility.

All tests passed successfully with fpm, CMake, and FoBis on my Linux system.

The tests weren't working for me when running build.sh I think because they were running from the bin directory. I made a small mod in the develop2 branch that works for me.
