Add ability to allow GM to clear Specific Players Data Add Setting and feature to allow players to clear their own data. Add Feature to allow clearing of specific die From Everyone or from a Specific Player

Clear data expantion was included in 1.7.0 release

Gm cant clear other players screens they can just do that themselves
