[Feature] Clear DB Not Working correctly

Clear DB methods seem to not have proper access to flag data and the db values cant be cleared. Clearing Local and Saving seems to work fine.

• Try putting clear_db in DiceStatsTracker class with Save.
• Clear button -> DBInteraction::clearDB This DOES NOT work
• Clear button -> DiceStatsTracker::clearDB ->DBInteraction::clearDB Try this
