Fixed deprecation warning of Pane::addItem(item, 0) #222

A one-line fix of a deprecation warning that atom gave quite explicit instructions for fixing 😆 , but it was bothersome anyway. Resolves #209 .

We seem to be getting a lot of reports of this issue still @marcelmue, it's pushed to the main release right?

It was only merged into the git-repo, I needed a bit more time to check some other changes and create an actual atom package release.

Sorry for the wait / confusion.
