feat: log netbird management to console #35

Set netbird-management to log to the console, otherwise messages are not displayed when using kubectl logs.

Thank you for contributing, @bigjazzsound! I created and merged #36, containing your commit and a version bump. Version 0.14.0 of the netbird chart will contain your feature.
