The signs in test_higher_order_modes.test_spherical_harmonics are wrong!
Either I did something wrong, or there is a mistake in the paper https://arxiv.org/pdf/0709.0093.pdf.
Specifically, the l=2 harmonics I compute differ by some signs from the ones in the paper.
