client-side concat process:

mustache
main methods + namespaces
templates escaped and wrapped in a Lovelace.client.templates[foo]= call
integrations wrapped in a Lovelace.client.integrations[foo]= call

client-side functionality:

dev calls Lovelace.component
method finds integration in integrations namespace
integration finds template in templates namespace
integration renders template with options+defaults
integration passes rendered template back to method
