Source incomplete - cannot build (without modifying) #128

Svn r68 adds a reference to @drawable/swiftp_sinas_20100605 in the 
AndroidManifest.xml file, but doesn't include the corresponding file in 
res/drawable. Thus the source in the repository is not buildable without 
manually recitifying this.

Svn r70 removes that reference and replaces it with one to "logo".  Added 
logo.png file to the build.  Also added default.properties to the build so 
there shouldn't be any issues with simply importing the project into Eclipse.
