Cyberduck/Mac Speed and Sleep issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cyberduck (Mac)
2. Transfer a 20 MB Zip file
3. Use default settings on both the app and the client

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
Good speed expected but I see only 200 to 500 KB/Sec being uploaded.

What version of SwiFTP are you using?
1.23

What operating system are you using?
Mac OS X 10.6.1

Which FTP client are you using?
Cyberduck

Which Android device do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1, etc.)?
Hero

Seems to duplicate #38. Anyone following this bug please help by providing 
detailed
instructions on how to reproduce the problem, giving as many details as 
possible.
