(feature request) increment / decrement the [offset:] value, and save it too, by keyboard shortcuts, without opening the lyric editor #356

(Fortunately, in foobar2000, any item in any context menu can be assigned to hotkeys, which make this feature request not too hard, or so I think)

Inspired by video players - in most popular video players, e.g. PotPlayer or VLC, there are hotkeys to adjust the audio-video sync and subtitle timestamps. For instance, in PotPlayer, you can press , & . to manually sync subtitles, 500ms per notch, and shift , & shift . to sync audios and videos, 50ms per notch.

With lyrics, this is probably more often needed than movies, because music videos from Youtube almost always have different timestamps than audio albums.

The feature I have in mind simply modifies the [offset:] value in the lyric, and save the change too, once and for all, no fuss. I can assign a keyboard shortcut myself. I'll do it to each song once, without opening the lyric editor.
