Add game dates into data sets #36

In addressing the restructuring of the package (#32), the next release of the wnblr package will draw on updated data that includes game dates and start times. I will close this issue after the next release.

Modify column name time_of_game to something like start_time_of_game, to minimise confusion with the similarly named game_time field that exists in the pbp data set.
