epubcheck can't find or parse the package version attribute #123

While running epubcheck 3.0b2 on the EPUB3 files files I make, I get 
"package.opf: Version not found, or invalid version format".

Run epubcheck 3.0b2 on the attached epub to reproduce.

FYI, it seems the issue only occurs when the OPF namespace is not the default 
namespaces (e.g. bound to the prefix 'opf').
