PROBLEM:

No documentation of error codes for epubcheck 3

ADDITIONAL INFO:

In addition to updated documentation, it would help for epubcheck to output 
error codes that then correspond to the documentation.

This would assist tools that use epubcheck as a backend (e.g. 
validator.idpf.org) to provide links to help users decipher each error.
