The EPUB 3 CSS profile forbids the use of direction and unicode-bidi in style 
sheets. Content authors are supposed to use native HTML5 mechanisms such as 
@dir and the bdi/bdo elements.

It would be good if we could throw an error for these two similar to how 
"position:fixed" is found and flagged.
