new source-of in 3.0.1 #264

A note that 3.0.1 introduces a source-of property to indicate which dc:source 
element(s) the pagination comes from.

Testing whether this property must be set requires knowing if the pagebreak 
property has been used in the content, but there's no reliable way of knowing 
this at the schema level, so epubcheck needs a special test.
