ERROR ITMS-9000: "Problem with book artwork file specified in metadata & ERROR ITMS-5107: "Fixed layout books must identify the start of the book's

We have submitted the Fixed Layout ePub file to Apple, they have got the 
following feedback:

ERROR ITMS-9000: "Problem with book artwork file specified in metadata.xml: 
'front_cover.jpg'. Image color space 'CMYK' is not supported in image file 
'front_cover.jpg'" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)

ERROR ITMS-5107: "Fixed layout books must identify the start of the book's main 
content by including a guide (EPUB 2) or Landmarks (EPUB 3), or provide a 
custom sample. For more information see the iBookstore Asset Guide in the 
Deliver Your Content module on iTunes Connect." at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)

How to solve this issue. Thank for any advice
