Some ciks seem missing #5

Hi, I very like your library. It might not be an issue, however I face following point: How is it possible that some CIKS are not present in the search. For example, I don't see this: 0001689813. In the same time, it's BHVN. https://www.sec.gov/edgar/search/#/q=0001689813

I also ha the same questions as yours. For the company below, I can get the CIK from EDGAR, however using the company name, I cannot get from the codes no matter using ticker or company names. 1692695938(1)

It seems that even US companies that have been delisted from exchanges are not included. e.g.: https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?cik=104207&owner=exclude
