qpas LAPACKE issue #2

Hi. I ran into this issue while trying to run qpas. Printed to the screen was:

seed: 892031472

iter duration log_likelihood delta-lle 0 428.767255 -3.2182693569506021e+09 ohana-qpas: symbol lookup error: ohana-qpas: undefined symbol: LAPACKE_dgesv

Not sure if this is an issue on your end or mine.
