Singularity not installed post Nvidia driver update #188

Since the Nvidia driver has been updated, it appears that singularity is no longer installed as I keep getting singularity: command not found errors? Could we get confirmation on when this will be reinstalled or how to use singularity containers post update?

@shashank879 I never managed to fix the issue sadly and ended up switching to conda. If you make any progress with singularity I would love to hear you managed to fix it.

As a side note I also had some other issues with singularity where the bind between the container and the temporary storage on the compute node would break after 24 hours, which I don’t get when using conda.
