Add port to new key creation endpoints (new in 1.8.1) #35

https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-server/releases/tag/server-v1.8.1-rc1 introduces the port parameter which was previously documented but not implemented

Wait for the stable release so we don't ship a broken library.
