INLINE attachment #24

Sometime there are images for email in attachment (they described as INLINE 
instead of ATTACHMENT).
Gmail displays them as attachment. What do you think about it? Should they be 
displayed?

My plan is to make this a configuration option. In the future I want also to 
display the html messages (just as you've suggested in bug 19).

Check r93 . Introduced the possibility of showing images on-line. Note that 
this will not work with all images since sometimes the mime type is badly 
defined (it's usual to have images with APPLICATION/OCTET-STREAM mime type). 
Downloading each attachment and testing for the mime type is too expensive IMO.
