Content headers when forwarding inline are lost

Good catch!

I'm going to support storing the body_fld_desc and body_fld_id from the 
BODYSTRUCTURE in the attachment model.

Note that you'll have to drop the 'mailapp_attachments' table from the 
database, or just delete the complete database and rebuild it with ./manage.py 
syncdb ...
