Begleboard xM dead #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Power ON the board
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no activity on serial port or sd card. Only the D13 and D14 LED's glow 
continuously but no response from the board

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beagleboard xM C3 with the default angstrom image. Also tried it with another 
Sd-card with demo images from the website.

Please provide any additional information below.
The board used to work perfectly with the same sd-card. Suddenly it stopped 
working.
