Flashing Angstrom img to BeagleBoard Black issues #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Tried to flash new img of Angstrom to my Beaglebone Black today.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have not been having much luck. I got the image onto my SD card and put it in
the BBB. Then held the user boot button while plugging in the power. After a
couple attempts I got an Angstrom login screen. I hit enter thinking maybe
there was no password by default and I needed to login to flash the img. After
a couple minutes of the LEDs in the 4 led bank flashing happily they have froze
with LEDs 1 and 2 on and 0 and 3 off. The Angstrom login screen has also froze.
Is this normal? (img has not flashed yet, so I have no idea if this is working)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
A5B OSX (Angstrom on BBB)

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Solved it, I guess you need to type in root at login for some reason.

reason would be that you have to login the linux system, just like every other
linux systems....
