[Error install ubuntu on SDCard] - Downloading Device's Bootloader

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download & Extract Ubuntu packet
2. Using this command to install Ubuntu on SDCard "sudo ./setup_sdcard.sh --mmc 
/dev/sdb --uboot beagle_xm"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Get an error "Downloading Device's Bootloader"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Kit: Beagleboard xM Rev C
- Ubuntu: ubuntu-12.04-r8-minimal-armhf-2012-10-19

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't install ubuntu and create boot for SDCard
