Table 21 in BBSRM is incorrect for Rev C #68

Table 21 doesn't annotate signals that are no longer available on pins. 
The new signals are highlighted in red, but signals that were removed
should also be highlighted, perhaps in grey?

Issue is on the May 6, 2009 version of the manual on page 98.

Also, perhaps the explanation for the greyed-out parts should follow the table 
as a
footnote instead of preceeding it, because it is very easy to miss it when it 
is on a
preceeding page (I missed it and was very confused about it for a while).

Usually in technical texts, these kinds of explanations follow the table, so 
that's
where one looks for them.
