Final image for 4GB microSD card for -xM production release #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot current image
2.
3.

What is the expected output? 

Everything working and all source and other files that are required for 
the SD card image to be shipped with each -xM board.

What do you see instead?

No solid plan in place for contents on the SD card.
