What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the kdiags images from below links
The urls for http download from kozio.com are:

t.bin
http://www.kozio.com/eval/downloads/BeagleBoard-xM/kdiags.beagleboard_xm.mmc.mai
n.bin
http://www.kozio.com/eval/downloads/BeagleBoard-xM/CommandTree-BeagleBoardXM.kct
2. copy these kdiags file into SD card.
3. Insert the SD card in Beagle Board XM.
4. swich/power ON the Beagle Board.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As per KOZIOs it should work but its not boot.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
