What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. repo init -u https://gitorious.org/rowboat/manifest.git
2. repo sync
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The source code should be downloaded, but it is not.
Please provide any additional information below.
It seems that since Gitorious announced it was closing, repositories cannot be
accessed anymore using the git:// protocol, which is used by default in the
manifest files. A workaround consists of moving to https protocol, but the
real solution would be to migrate to another code hosting platform.
