ComposeFst error with some inputs for LMBR decoder #18

Certain words, such as 'TESTING' for the CMUdict will result in ComposeFst 
symbol matching failures for the LMBR decoder.  P

I think I fixed this.  But the hack was not particularly pretty.  Have to see 
if it pops up again somewhere else.
