Installation in docker without snapserver #967

Problem to solve

Maybe it is not a valid question but is there a possibility to install mopidy with iris and all other packages like spotify, ytmusic, soundcloud... but without Snapcast. How would the docker-compose.yml file look like?

Ok, so it is working without snapcast, but I am not able to figure out how to have audio via pulsaudio. Definitely something for the installation part of the documentation.

Maybe explaining how it works and that snapcast or some other alternative is needed.
