Right sidebar is limited in height #744

On the APIs page the right sidebar has plenty of room to show the full menu but for some reason is limited to only half the screen.

@yurishkuro after the latest merged pr, it seems that the ui of right side bar is still isn't perfect As we can see the width has decreased compared to the earlier one I'd like to work on enhancing this
