[jaeger-operator] Update Jaeger Operator Chart to 1.37.0

Updates the chart to use the latest operator version (1.37.0). Validated no other changes (to CRD, etc) required.

@batazor feel free to correct me but I pulled the 1.37.0 CRD and saw no changes from what we already have.
