Adding Jenkins CI support for this repository

• Executes jenkins-ci/Jenkinsfile and reports status for every PR.
• Currently supports only for all-in-one template. Will add production template support on subsequent PRs.

Other minor point - might be better to put images into a docs or images folder rather than doc-support.

We need a username and accesstoken for our internal Jenkins server to push PR's result back to this repository.
