Edit Command Categories not specific to a student/parents #17

Open jaejayrome opened 6 months ago

Description: This was linked to the previous ticket, but misleading description of the 'edit command' on the user side because it doesn't mention that some categories are specific to the parent or the student which led me to think that I am able to add a subject to a student. This was due to the fact that the paragraph was advertised as "edit person"

Reason for disagreement: i disagree because as a user it is unclear as to which parameters are specific for a student or a parent. The fact that the edit command can be used for both parent and student would make it more confusing for a user because there is a possibility which someone can use the 'lvl/' (education level) or 'sub/'(subject) tag when trying to edit the parent. During the PE, I have tested this out and found that I can't do so which means that the implementation catches this edge case but this is not being translated to the user guide, the user guide should closely align with the expected behaviour of the application, hence this documentation bug was raised as a result.
