[Discussion] What do you think of removing `async-std` support? #208

Does anybody actually using async-std anymore? The latest release is in almost 2 years ago. (there are some commits after the last release)

What do you think of deprecating it and in the deprecation message redirect users to a GitHub issue to come and discuss?
