webp with metadata is not supported in picasa #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.cwebp.exe 01.jpg -metadata exif -q 80 -o 01.webp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I added this webp file to picasa but it seemed that picasa cannot open this 
file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cwebp.exe 0.4
picasa 3.9.137.76
XP SP3 & Win 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
webp without metadata can be opened by my picasa.
this webp file can be opened by chrome but I didn't find out how to check 
metadata by it.
What should I use to open this kind of file with metadata?(I also need to check 
the metadata in it if needed)
