Can't open camera after start spydroid for once on Samsung i9100 with cyanogenmod-10.2-20131225-NIGHTLY-i9100 rom.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the latest 9.1 version or just use the latest source from git.
2. Run spydroid and setup it up using the default setting.
3. Try to access it from a web server like chrome or firefox, click the connect 
button inside the web page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the streaming in the web. But I just saw the preview for only one 
time. Then the preview stopped and if I start a new web access, the preview 
becomes black and the log will complaint 'java.lang.RuntimeException: Fail to 
connect to camera service'.

I've check the file spydroid-test.mp4, in my Mac OS file command, it said 
'spydroid-test.mp4: ISO Media, MPEG v4 system, 3GPP', but I don't see 'H264 
Test succeded' log in logcat.

I'm testing this with both the 9.1 version and git version. I tested in a PC 
with windows 8.1 and Mac OS 10.9.2.

I've attached some log that may help.

ps: I don't see any video in web or vlc.
