When somebody click on the map, make an auto zoom out to a certain distance
that allows one to see the nearly buoys.

When click a lot of times quickly appears a lot of buoys in the map. Must
to clear the map once somebody click

Fix the problem with coordinates with less than 10 chars. View the gwt
helper of numberformats by locale.

If an spot haven`t got buoys, put alert the user about this, because is an 
invalid
spot that couldn`t be saved.
