Exponential prices #33

Modify ship and weapon (LPC and modspec too) prices by own exp coeff.

Example:

weaponCoefficient = 2
weaponExponential = 1.1
weaponBaseValue = 4000

final value: 2 * 4000^1.1 = 2 * 9167.8 = 18335

same settings for weapon worth 100 credits yields 316
