Extend scanner time (default is too short) and print all found devices to screen for reassurance it's working #12

Set a longer scan time (default time is too short) and print devices found to screen so user can see you are in fact detecting devices.

I found with the default scanner time I simply couldn't find my Wallbox but with a longer 10 seconds scan time it always found my Wallbox.
