Misc File Structure Clean Up

Ignore the files changed tab. Removed the node_modules folder and that is what 99.9% of the files are.

My changes were:

• Created .gitignore file in the server package with entries for node_modules and .env
• Created an example .env file. Storing .env files are not a good thing (even if the repo is private)
• Moved server files into a src folder just for better structure

TODO:

• Clean up client (idk if it even needs it)
• Add .env to client and add an entry for api url

Good point! Let me know when the branch is ready to merge. FYI i merged the feat-user branch to main. you might need to fetch/pull.
