Traditional Chinese Locales suggestion #22

Would you please kindly modify the Chinese name of Traditional Chinese from 
"繁体中文" to "正體中文"? That's how we Chinese name our mother 
language officially. Please refer to my patch file.

The label used was suggested by the translator. Ok, changed and will be ok in 
the next update.

Dear Developers:

   I am currently doing Traditional Chinese translation of multiMAN, nearly
half of the strings  have been translated. I can attach my language file as
a reference for you guys. Again, thanks for developing such a wonderful
program.
