Remove oauth token endpoint #391

Removes oauth token endpoint copied from this fork: https://github.com/jagregory/cognito-local/compare/master...BackitInc:cognito-local:master as it doesn't seem to work after copying the implementation and trying to test, and since it was just a nice to have it can be removed again.
