Make it so people with specific roles can't enter, and other way around so only people with a Specific role can enter

Role requirements, role specific blacklist, or any type of entrant modification will not be added to the bot, as per #153 You can instead hide the channel from blacklisted people, or allow only required roles to view the channel.
